Test equipment designed and built by Lectromec can be found in the laboratories of a number of well-known and respected companies around the world. Lectromec has been designing high quality special test equipment for a number of years, always focusing on the needs and desires of our clients. With an experienced staff knowledgeable in a wide variety of fields, detailed and efficient design on any equipment can be done. Since most of the work is done in-house, this leads to a lower cost and a relatively rapid deployment of the equipment.

The equipment designed by Lectromec often exceeds the parameters that are requested by our customers. Lectromec reliability procedures are closely followed to ensure that all of the equipment developed meets the highest standards of reliability and workmanship.

ASTM D495 Arc Resistance Tester

Arc track resistance propagation of completed components is important to show the longer term reliability. One test used to assess the reliability of equipment is the ASTM D 495 test method. This High-Voltage, Low-Current, Dry Arc Resistance of Solid Electrical Insulation is possible with Lectromec’s 5-Series test equipment. Find out more


LEC 6-Series Test System

The LEC 6-Series test system provides simplified performance of Dust-and-Fog Tracking and Erosion Resistance of Electrical Insulating Materials in accordance with ASTM D2132. The three test sample system allows for unattended operation after initial setup and configuration of the test samples. This provides a more rapid return on investment than Lectromec’s previous generation of this equipment. Find out more


LEC-2303 Test System

The LEC-2303 test system provides a safe, simplified test system for the performance of ASTM D2303 – Inclined-Plane Tracking and Erosion. This test system is capable of performing one or more tests at a time and removes the need for constant sample monitoring with automated trip detection. Find out more
