Incident Investigation

Wires fail. They can fail in ways that are a minor inconvenience and they can fail in ways that cause major damage to your aircraft. The severity of the damage and impact on aircraft airworthiness are dependent on a number of factors including wire type, available energy, and the method by which the incident started.

In some cases, the root cause of an incident is easy to identify. In other cases, determining the root cause requires more than a simple visual examination. To identify the root cause of the event, a more in-depth investigation requiring expert analysis and lab testing is necessary.
